摘要
As intellectual technologies rise and Industry4.0 approaches in recent years, smart automatic productions have become one of the issues that draw the attention from the today's technological industry. Factory automation is thus an essential mode. The present research began by identifying, using documentary review and mind maps, the guidelines and subguidelines for the constructs in relation to smart automatic productions. With the constructs of these guidelines and subguidelines, which are (1) automation of basic-level factory affairs, (2) intellectual energy management, (3) intellectual production, and (4) intellectual equipment, as the basis, we located the relevant factors. By sorting with IPA, we decided in the assessment modes for the factors of smart automatic productions before determining, with the help of ANP, the correlations between the elements of smart automatic productions, and further identified the factors of crucial guidelines and their weights. In the identified industrial needs, we applied Fuzzy-QFD to evaluate the weights for each of the technologies. The present research proposes the priority on the execution, by contemporary technologies, of the technical needs of development of smart automatic productions, where it is also allowed to introduce multiple pieces of equipment to ensure today's technologies meet the requirements of Industry 4.0. Smart integrated systems of sensing and control are introduced; with the concepts of Industry 4.0, like Internet of Things ( lOT), automated productions, robotics and Big Data analysis, combined, the hardware and software of information and communication are integrated; the core will be to construct Cyber-Physical Systems, CPS, in the future. Therefore, the present research is hoped to be able to make sound planning and assessments at development stages, which, if successful, can satisfy the developmental needs and the technical needs of contemporary industries as well as enhance the advance of artificial intelligence, paving the way for smart factories.
