摘要
With the inceasing importance of SMEs in China, it has been accompanied by an increase in the amount of recent research attention paid to SMEs. However, this has focused mainly on entrepreneurship, small business development, and government support. Moreover, the fact is that it is not HRM, but finance, marketing and ownership issues are the central themes of the discussion. This article provides a thorough review on HRM studies of SMEs in China. The results highlight some important issues in HRM study of SMEs, and call for the development of more sophisticated theoretical models as well as more longitudinal research.
