摘要
Surface plasmon resonance based fiber optic sensor using 40 nm thick ITO layer and 20 nm thick Ag layer is experimentally studied. Increase in refractive index of the surrounding medium increases the resonance wavelength of sensor. The proposed sensor exhibits good sensing performance.
