摘要
Teachers' job satisfaction is an indicator to know organizational and teaching aspects that affect the quality of teaching. The purpose of this research is to know the degree of professional satisfaction or dissatisfaction of 118 teachers of childhood and primary education. Among the main results obtained in the dimension of social interactions are, among others, a certain dissatisfaction among teachers, highlighting: degree of stress around 12.5% for Childhood Education and 16.1% for Primary Education and anxiety was observed around 39.1% of the participating teachers. The main conclusions are that the greater anxiety and stress is the less satisfaction between the interactions between teachers and students.
