Periodic modes in the forced nonlinear vibrations of filled cylindrical shells with an initial deflection

摘要
The features of the forced nonlinear vibrations of imperfect (with initial deflections) cylindrical shells fully filled with a fluid are studied. It is established that apart from the traditional single-wave deformation modes, complex modes such as traveling circumferential waves may exist in the resonance zones of shells.
