The opposition problem within Nietzsche's philosophy

It is well known that Nietzsche thinks through oppositions. There are indeed oppositions in his logic since the latter is the consequence of evolution. But there's also an immanent opposition to the world of reality. Finally, willpower itself is comprised of oppositions.
