摘要：

Business/IT Alignment represents an organizational change which can only be successfully implemented through a systematic change method. A basic pre-requisite for a suitable change method is its adaptability according to the, specific context and the reuse of already standardized fragments to support cost efficiency and on-time delivery of results. Based on an empirical study, a method construction methodology - Change Method Engineering has been developed using method fragments and reference scenarios for designing situational change,methods catering for the requirements "adaptability", "timeliness", and "cost efficiency".
