Lower cost management in real-time supply chain

摘要：
Real-time supply chain has finally arrived; which make supply chain a key source of competitive advantage. Postponement in supply chain leads to an increase of supply-chain cost. This paper suggests three strategies, such as product differentiated distribution strategy, product mixed strategy and product postponed strategy, to compress supply-chain time and intensify cost control of supply chain.
