摘要
Through the analysis of the characteristics of kinematics. force, power, power flow, transmission efficiency and self-lock of the closed planetary transmission (CPT), a new analysis method based on main power design parameter Psi, that is, the ratio between the bifurcated power of the main branch and the total input power, and node power method has been presented in this paper. The essential guide rules for power bifurcation and self-lock have been worked out. On the basis of the characteristic analysis, the mathematic models of the CPT system have been established. Moreover, the transmission efficiency of the CPT has been tested on our DC-power closed mechanical drive test rig. The variation laws and affecting factors of transmission efficiency of the CPT have been studied.
