摘要：

A robust, reliable and sensitive method is described for the simultaneous determination of diazepam, methaqualone, chlorpromazine and promethazine in swine muscle and liver tissues by GC-MS. The analytes were extracted with ethyl acetate and further clean-up performed with MCX solid-phase extraction cartridges. LODs and LOQs in the two tissues ranged from 0.2 to 0.3 mu g kg(-1) and 0.5 to 1 mu g kg(-1), respectively. Mean recoveries for the analytes ranged between 87.6 and 106.8%.
