A research on risk management of entrepreneurial project for university graduates based on risk matrix method

At the background of the global financial crisis, the severe employment situation makes entrepreneurship becomes the first choice for many university graduates. The state-related institutions, the society and the universities are creating conditions for graduates. However, the entrepreneurial graduates are faced on more risks and uncertainties than ordinary business entrepreneurs. From the project management's view, using risk matrix method, this article plans to recognize and analyze the risks of them, and expects to provide ideas to deal with the corresponding risks through an example.
