摘要：

In this paper we study the existence of weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equation defined in a noncylindrical domain (Q) over cap, where (Q) over cap is the image of a cylinder Q of Rn+1 and (Q) over cap is not necessarily increasing or decreasing in time. Regularity and uniqueness of solutions for the case n = 2 are also considered.
