摘要
Business Performance Management (BPM) is a profoundly holistic way to view how well a company is doing. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC), a strategic management tool for gauging an organization's performance in all areas-nonfinancial as well as financial is a natural part of any BPM efforts. The purpose of this paper is to use BPM scorecards for financial and nonfinancial metrics, then to integrate the Balanced Scorecard with BPM to building a high-performance organization (HPO).
