摘要：

Natural person is the subject whose has fundamental human rights and freedoms. A natural person can exercise those rights fullyand no one can take them .However, a legal entity in the case of fundamental eights abd freedoms is specific entity.This paper answers the question Whether the legal person has fundamental rights and freedoms and also shows the extent of those rights and freedoms .fundamentalrights and freedoms are also reflected in criminal law where the legal person due to the new regulation of criminal liability of legal entities will invitably need the widest range of rights to be able to exercise their rights of defence.
