Preparation of LTNO ceramics via sol-gel method and its thermoelectric properties

摘要
All the (Li + Ti)-doped samples (LTNO) were prepared by a sol-gel method followed by a sintering procedure. The dependence of temperature on electric conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity were measured. The power factor (PF) and ZT were calculated. The conclusion is that the LTNO has notable thermoelectric effect, and the power factor of it increased to as high as 1 X 10(4) W/mK(2) at 1070K. The Li and Ti dopants Li and Ti play an important role in the thermoelectric properties of the samples, and different effect of Li and Ti was investigated. A possible conductivity mechanism was discussed.
