摘要
A high number of neuropsychological testbatteries is available at the moment. Their partly overlapping contents are the reason for differences in the diagnostics cf ADHD. The aim of this study was to evaluate attention profiles and executive functions in children and adolescents with ADHD with two similary concepted computerized testbatteries. Children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years old with ADHD (n=30) and healthy children (n=30) were included. Attention and executive functions (divided attention, set-shifting, inhibition and vigilance) were assessed with the "Test for Attentional Performance" (TAP) and the "Cambridge Neuropsychological Automated Testbattery" (CANTAB). The comparison of both testbatteries was analysed with equavalent subtests of each testbattery. Although there was no statistical significance between both testbatteries, it was obvious that TAP and CANTAB complement each other.
