摘要
The effect of main factors on the development of the layer corrosion of aluminum alloys was studied. The factors were arbitrarily classified as design, production, and operation ones. Layer corrosion centers were mainly detected on load-bearing elements of flying vehicles manufactured of high-strength aluminum alloys, such as V95, D16, D1,AK-6. A methodical approach to diagnosis, modeling, and prognostication of the layer corrosion development was elaborated. The models proposed allow one to prognosticate the corrosion under operation and storage of aviation material from the full-scale tests of specimens and the climatic conditions of location areas of flying vehicles.
