摘要
Candida rugosa lipase from Sigma was subjected to an agarose mercurial column, and the three fractions thus collected were further desalted using a Sephadex G-25 column. The purification of these isozymes increases their catalytic activities toward the hydrolysis of triacetin. An improved resolution on the hydrolysis of 2-chloroethyl 2-phenylpropionate was also observed by utilizing one of the isolated isozymes CRL II.
