Study on the synthesis and anion recognition of fluorescent biazacrown based on amide

摘要
A fluorescent anion receptor (3) based on amide macrocycle was synthesized and the recognition ability for F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, H2PO4- and AcO- was investigated by fluorescence, UV-vis and H-1 NMR spectra. The results indicate that receptor 3 has a good selective recognition property for F and formed a 1 : 2 complex. The association constant of complex between 3 and F- was calculated from the changes in fluorescence intensity.
