摘要
This article deals with the evaluation of influence of fossil fuels and bioethanol use on the environment. Only a comprehensive analysis, which takes into consideration the whole "life cycle" of fuel (covering the start-up phase of fuel production, followed with the actual fuel production LIP to the final burn LIP in vehicles) provides an objective impact estimation of a certain fuel type on the environment. The aim of this paper is Familiarization of the readers with the most widely known studies, which deal with life cycle evaluation of impact of fuels Use on the environment. The result of all studies is an assessment of energy consumption and green house gases emission production in the whole life cycle in dependence on the needed energy making process and the secondary product utilization. At the end, there are mentioned the criteria of bio fuel sustainability, which are included in a new directive of the European parliament and of the Council on the subsidize of the use of energy from renewable sources and the list of feedstock (products) and the technological process applied, Which Can ensure an accomplishment of those criteria.
