摘要
In order to achieve precise employment services in colleges and universities, we will use data thinking to deeply tap the value of data in employment services, and use AI technology to boost employment services. By building a big data platform, this paper collects students' personal information such as academic performance, job search intention, ability evaluation, etc., uses big data and artificial intelligence analysis technology, combined with the industry's demand for talents, to study intelligent employment supply and demand matching, help students obtain accurate employment, improve college students' employment competitiveness, achieve high-quality employment, and reduce the difficulty of employment. It can improve the efficiency of employer recruitment and effectively solve the problem that the quality of talent training in schools does not match the market demand. Practice has proved that big-data application is conducive to promoting the interactive guidance mode of college students' training, changing the concept of employment assistance, and providing accurate employment assistance, thus improving the employment rate and accuracy of college students.
