摘要
This paper reports about the development of a piezoelectric micro-pump using the peristaltic principle. The driving mechanism is a piezoelectric active elastic tube made of a composite structure of active and passive materials. A fully functional prototype has been developed, which works with a driving voltage of about 60 V and generates a fine tuneable flow rate of about 10 - 1000 mu l a day.
