摘要
In this paper, we design the square spiral aluminium(Al) nantennas with one, two, and four elements as a solar energy collector. The coupling performance is measured by electric field enhancement at the feeding point. The results indicate that the field enhancement depends strongly on the feeding position and increases with the number of elements. The optimal feeding position is at the center of connecting lines between the elements. The proposed four elements structure shows an impressive field enhancement at near-and mid infrared regions.
