摘要
This article will present the results of a didactic experience carried out in the Law degree at the Vina del Mar University, which consisted of applying the case analysis methodology in the Resources and Nullity subject. The general objective of the project was to increase the integration of dogmatic knowledge with practical knowledge, incorporating the active methodology of case analysis to improve learning outcomes and advance the early acquisition of skills in the use of the methodology in the students of the aforementioned subject. The results were satisfactory, considering that the expected learning was achieved and interest was observed in the students about the contents of the subject and the analysis of cases as a didactic technique, despite detecting the need for improvement and replication of the pedagogical experience.
