Russian National Library holds a unique family collection of printed and manuscript music from the court storeroom of the House-Museum of Yusupov. The collection is composed very largely of works from the second half of the eighteenth century to the first third of the nineteenth and is of great artistic and historical merit. It offers abundant material for the study of the important creative trends in Western European and Russian musical culture.
