摘要
In this work, the ceramics of Pb(Zr0.35-xYxTi0.65)O-3 (Y: Mn/Ce and x: 0.00, 0.10) composition were synthesized by a systematic solid state route of mixing. Both Mn and Ce were introduced into the lattice of PZT by replacing zirconium (Zr), obeying the neutrality of charge relation (Zr+4 -> Mn+4/Ce+4). The micrographs of the compounds have been taken from scanning electron microscope (SEM). Ferroelectric nature of the compounds has been confirmed through dielectric analysis. Properties such as Curie temperature (T-c), dielectric permittivity, tangent loss (tan delta) have been analysed and reported. Curie-Weiss expression has been used to calculate diffusivities of the compounds. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
