摘要
In order to realize product life prediction without burst failure information, a method combining performance degradation information correlation analysis to construct a degradation process model is proposed. On the basis of obtaining the degradation information and establishing the single performance indicator degradation process model, the covariance is used to analyze the correlation of the multi-performance index degradation process, and the Copula connection function is introduced to establish the system reliability model under multi-degradation process. Achieve the reliability curve drawing and reliable life prediction. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by taking the degradation information of a series of milling type electric spindles as an example.
