Investigation of coaxial DBD at atmospheric pressure by optical emission spectroscopy

摘要
Optical emission spectroscopy (OES) is employed to investigating coaxial dielectric barrier discharge at atmospheric pressure, the ambient gases are Ar, mixture of Ar and saturated humidity Air, and mixture of Ar and O-2. Electron excitation temperature under different conditions is obtained, the results show that the electron excitation temperature in Ar ranges from 0.15eV-0.29eV, and it decreases with decreasing flow rate of ambient gas. Hydroxyl radical is detected in discharge in ambient Ar and saturated humidity Air.
