摘要
In this paper, a novel technique is presented to measure temperature and axial displacement of turbine bladessimultaneously with a single sensor probe, by using non-contact measurement method. The heat radiation property of high temperature objects and the principle of optical fiber transducers in pyrometry are described. Based on the basic principle of colorimetric measurement, a fiber-optic temperature sensor is selected, in view of its high measurement accuracy and practicability, which is suitable for hostile environments. For dynamic external surface measurement, a new reflective intensity-modulated displacement sensor with a simple and reliable structure is proposed In this project, the main elements for the sensor, circuit system and single chip ADuC848 are discussed. Especially, a concentric multi-circle fiber bundle is used in the sensor probe, which is designed on the basis of the required temperature measurement range and displacement measurement range.
