摘要
The paper analyzes the problems of professional - subject development of a teacher who is able to work productively in a health-saving educational environment. The authors suppose that the formation of such qualities of a teacher in the context of a health-saving educational environment, specified in the system of continuing education of a school teacher, will be successful provided an integral pedagogical model is implemented that relies on the unity of principles and technologies from three sources: 1) theory of contextual education, 2) network learning 3) some principles of andragogy. The essence and principles of each of these approaches are mutually complementary. It is noted that the main idea of contextual education is the imposition of theoretical knowledge acquired by the student on the "canvas" of the up-coming student or already being carried out by a continuing education teacher of socially essential professional activity. It is argued that one of the most adequate goals of the research is the principles of consistent modeling in the educational activity of students of the content, forms and conditions of the holistic activity of a physical culture teacher and the principle of the leading role of joint activity and dialogue of students. In the field of andragogy such principles as using of life, social, educational and professional experience as an additional source of learning content. The principles and pedagogical technologies of network education are also given; Its educational and developmental capabilities are shown. The stages of preparation and experimental implementation of an integrative pedagogical model of the formation of professional qualities of a teacher in the structure of additional education are developed. As for physical culture teacher is able to work effectively in the health-saving educational environment of the school. The strategic, motivational, stimulating, cognitive, technological and reflective stages are described. The context-based pedagogical technology described in the paper ensures the formation the professional qualities of the physical culture teacher. These professional qualities of the physical culture teacher are necessary for him in order to work successfully in the health-saving educational environment of the school.
