摘要：

Misoprostol is an acceptable alternative to curettage for treatment of early pregnancy failure. Although bleeding is heavier and more prolonged after medical treatment of early pregnancy failure with misoprostol compared with curettage, bleeding with misoprostol rarely requires intervention.
