摘要
Food Label is the bridge between foods and consumers, and also the important evidences of government supervise. In this paper we analyzed regulations and standards about food label of four types of foods which are prepackaged foods, prepackaged foods for special dietary uses, unpacked foods and foods used in catering to point the problems in Chinese regulations and standards of food label. And to provide guidance for food label management department establishing food label regulations and standards.
