摘要：
This paper analyzes the delay-dependent stability of a class of neutral differential systems, and constructs the algorithms for determining the delay intervals for stability of the systems. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithms. The results generalize the relevant methods in the literature.
