摘要
In this note, Laura Bradford looks at three proposals to return to consideration of fault to the divorce process. Bradford examines the history and effects of the no-fault revolution and concludes that these new proposals will not encourage increased moral behavior in marriage, will make the divorce process more difficult for women and children, and at the extreme may be unconstitutional.
