摘要
Single-walled carbon nanotubes exhibit telecom-band emission at room temperature and they can be directly synthesized on silicon substrates. Here we discuss the use of individual carbon nanotubes for generation and manipulation of photons on a chip. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
