摘要
Three platinum(II) complexes of amines(L) have been prepared and structurally characterized and activity determined, where L is triethylenediamine, hexamethylenetetramine or pyridine, respectively. Crystal structure of [Pt(C6H12N4)Cl-2] center dot 3H(2)O was determined by X-ray single analysis, indicating that it is a ciscompound, and with the space group of C2/c, monoclinic, and a = 27.540(2) angstrom, b = 9.175(5) angstrom, c = 9.996(3) angstrom, beta = 104.37(3)degrees, U = 2447.1(2) angstrom(3), Z = 8, Dx = 2.466 g cm(-3). The result of antitumor activity assay indicated that these complexes inhibited the growth of several human solid carcinoma cell lines strongly.
