摘要
The issues considered in this paper are related to the development of a variety of topics of information systems for biomedical data processing. This topic is relevant in connection with the continuing need to create of multi-parameter vital sign databases. In addition, modern world trends in the development of big data collecting and processing information systems add some relevance to this work. The authors propose the concept of developing a biomedical information system using a multi-parameter recording and analyzing portable system. The task of intellectual recorder implementation is considered. Originally the biomedical data information system is based on the multi-parameter vital sign recorder and software for computer processing and visualization. The further development of biomedical data information systems for the vital sign analysis involves solving a number of scientific and practical problems. The statement and conceptual solution of these problems are described in this paper. Among them there is a problem of the conceptual design of the structure, content and cross-media interactions of the system, the task of processing and analysis of biomedical signals and data to support decision-making tasks. The authors emphasize the good results in biomedical signals processing getting with fuzzy logic and possibility of improving the results with artificial neural networks technique.
