摘要
The job description obtained through job analyzing covers all the indexes of the job, among which there exit correlations inevitably. In this paper four key performance indexes used to evaluate the performance of the middle managers in colleges and universities are chosen by means of factor analysis, and a mathematic model of factor analysis for performance management is established, whose meanings are analyzed in detail.
