Investigation of structural, electrical and magnetic characterization of erbium substituted lead free electronic materials

摘要
The polycrystalline samples of (Bi0.43Er0.02Na0.45Ba0.1)(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O-3 (abbreviated as BENZTO-2), (Bi0.41Er0.04Na0.45Ba0.1)(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O-3 (abbreviated as BENZTO-4), (Bi0.39Er0.06Na0.45Ba0.1)(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O-3 (abbreviated as BENZTO-6) were synthesised employing mixed oxide process. The analysis of structure depicted that combined phases of rhombohedral as major phase and some minor phase of cubic pyrochlore Bi2Ti2O7 at room temperature. The polycrystalline texture as well high density growth of grains is depicted from scanning electron microscope. The various electrical analysis (dielectric, impedance, conductivity) were investigated in various frequencies and temperatures. The non Debye type of relaxation mechanism was confirmed using the impedance spectroscopy. The presence of weak magnetization is induced in the samples as affirmed from the room temperature M-H loops.
