摘要：
The successful execution of strategy is more difficult than the formulation of strategy. Management control system, as a tool for implementing desired strategy, attracts more scholars' attention in recent years. However, management control system is still a vague concept to most enterprisers. Based on theory and practice studies, the paper puts forward the concept of management control system and the sequential steps in the typical management control process so as to help enterprises successfully implement strategy.
