摘要：
The article discusses the concept of the regional economic resilience andpossible approaches to this phenomenon. The concept of regional resilience refers to the ability of the region to restore the original state after the event, which is a significant negative deviation from equilibrium. In this regard, the regions are considered to be more or less resilient. The paper analyses the impact of human capital on economic resilience of regions in the context of the economic crisis on the example of NUTS 2 regions of selected states.
