摘要
Adjuvant endocrine therapy for breast cancer can reduce recurrence rates and improve overall survival, but many patients have poor adherence. Patients whose medication refills are better synchronized-filling medications with fewer pharmacy visits-have better adherence. Synchronization may be an effective tool to improve adherence to endocrine therapy in patients with breast cancer and possibly improve cancer outcomes.
