摘要：

In our country, the supply chain management of petroleum industry is not perfect, and it has some problems: the operation flow is not reasonable enough, it lacks the crosswise integration, the degree of informatization is low, the organizational structure is not reasonable enough, and the estimate system of supply chain is not perfect. Some suggestion are given as follows: To reorganize the petroleum enterprises and reforge the operation flow; To strengthen the crosswise integration of the supply chain; To optimize the supply chain operation by using he information systems; To establish the new performance appraisal system of the supply chain, and so on.
