摘要
Individual thin Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes bundles were connected to noble metal leads with low contact resistance between tube and metal. Electrical transport measurements on these devices are presented, performed at temperatures of about 50 mK in a magnetic field perpendicular to the Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes symmetry axis. In these measurements we have investigated the dependence of the electrical transport on magnetic field strength and orientation and source-drain-voltage.
