摘要：

Within the framework of the dislocation climb-glide model, a theoretical approach is developed to explain the appearance of a break (local minimum and maximum) on a curve of the creep-rate dependence on temperature. Theoretical and experimental results are adjusted well. It makes possible to estimate some parameters of this model.
