Research of model of knowledge management of project-oriented enterprise

With the developing trend of economy globalization and the more and more fierce competing, in order to win continuously, enterprises are all making their effort in enhancing their own competitive power. More and more enterprises are establishing their own Project Management system and Knowledge Management system because Knowledge Management and Project Management are all very important to the forming of enterprise's core competence. This paper mainly discusses how to implement Knowledge Management in Project-oriented Enterprise. Firstly this' paper illustrates the characteristics of Project-oriented Enterprises, and then introduces the knowledge taxonomies and activities of Project-oriented Enterprises. Finally this paper proposes a model of knowledge management which comprises four processes and four enablers with the regarding of the characteristics of POC and thus provides this kind of company a useful solution for implementing Knowledge Management.
