摘要
In many instances, it is observed that the innovation is not always a full proof mechanism for organisations growth or survival, especially when it is taken place in any organisation in isolation. Therefore, the time has come to perceive innovation and its application from a different perspective like collaboration with the stakeholders; inter-industry relationship etc., i.e. going beyond the organisation's boundary rather that sticking with the belief that innovation is an in-house growth mechanism. In this connection, this paper will try to explore the effective source of innovation by developing a meaningful relationship with the various parties within, as well as outside the organisation.
