摘要：

Higher education and graduates' employment has been an issue that people pay more and more attention on. On the basis of the concept of, education, the unique characteristics and functions of higher education, adhering to the nation's policy and codes, the author illustrates the fundamental notions and gives a panorama of the transform of China's economy system and the foundation and consummation of market economy system as well as the corresponding reform of the graduates' employment institution. Besides, the author provides solutions aiming at practical issue.
