Knowledge management has become increasingly critical for the success of companies in this emerging era of e-commerce. As business activities increasingly shift to the web, the challenge facing corporate management is maintaining competitive advantage by building strong good knowledge management strategy can help achieve in g relations with employees, customers, and suppliers. and partners. A this goal. Unfortunately, many companies use knowledge management technologies that do not suit today's new information era. This paper addresses the definitions ab out knowledge management, Executives in leading organizations increasingly recognize that in order to maintain or gain competitive advantage, organizational knowledge needs to be managed and integrated into their corporate e-commerce systems. Area of knowledge management, these "network companies" consist of planning companies, suppliers of package units, manufacturers of components and replacements parts as well as external service providers. Development of knowledge management, then provide an summary of the driving and impeding forces, -including customer-oriented trends, e-service trends, organizational trends, employee mega trends, and enterprise technology trends, which will help and hinder proper deployment of knowledge management strategies in e-commerce. Finally, the paper advocates the strategy of knowledge management in network organization.
