Virtual Community Construction Based on Knowledge-Sharing

In the research on virtual community, the problem of know ledge-sharing and how to maintain communities' ongoing development is always the core point of the research. In author's opinion, The extent of know ledge-sharing in virtual community is determined by the tendency level of know ledge-sharing; while the ongoing development of virtual community is due to the community members' qualification to five core conditions, among which the interrelationship established according to individual attribute and social attribute between community users has become the foundation of maintaining the virtual community's attraction; the way of knowledge deposit, withdraw and transfer determines the knowledge circulation and community members' creation. This paper has mainly focused on the research of user group composition and interactive space establishment and has searched a new mode of knowledge transferring and innovating in virtual community.
